BAC
allocates each client a dedicated Recruitment Consultant who
acts as their account manager and understands their requirements.
Clients are able to phone in their requirements, confident in
the knowledge that they will not have to explain who they are
and what they do to a different person each time. BAC has a
very strong multi-cultural database of candidates, with CV's
received from all parts of the world on a daily basis. Using
BAC's sophisticated recruitment software and its own unique
coding and grading system, the consultant can immediately conduct
a database search. And depending upon the position, prospective
candidate CV's can be forwarded within 24-48 hours - only CV's
that closely match the client's specific requirements will be
forwarded. BAC will also, at times and at its discretion, advertise
the position in the UAE's leading English daily - Gulf News
which has GCC-wide and Pan Arab circulation, as well as on the
company website which generates a more global response. On client
approval of CV's, the consultant will arrange an interview schedule
and provide ongoing client-candidate liaison. BAC will continue
to work on the vacancy until the right candidate has been selected.
