This is a role for people who enjoy building strong and mutually beneficial client relationships over months and years.
A role with BAC as a consultant can be very financially rewarding, but only after one has put in the necessary time and effort to establish the required expertise and relationships. Anyone associating recruitment with a quick sell or easy money need not apply.
We do not micro-manage our team and as such require mature, organised and pro-active consultants who can work autonomously and in line with established quality procedures. Each consultant is fully responsible for developing and servicing their own client accounts, and as such must have a highly developed awareness of quality and customer satisfaction. You must be comfortable with working to challenging performance and revenue targets, as well as securing new business through client meetings and presentations.
Previous recruitment experience is neither a requirement nor a preference as training is provided. Applicants should have proven and consistent backgrounds in B2B business development, consultancy or account management. Candidates with proven customer or client service experience in a highly commercial or pressurised environment will also be considered. All applicants must have good attention to details as well as excellent written and spoken English.
This is a very challenging role that can be highly satisfying and rewarding for the right type of person. There are many easier ways of making a living, but not many that provide such diverse commercial experience, potential rewards and opportunities for interaction with different people and businesses.
