On behalf of our client a multinational private aviation company that is based at DAFZA we are looking to recruit a Guest Experience Supervisor. Reporting to the FBO Manager you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling and developing day-to-day resourcing to guarantee consistent high quality customer service delivery, managing a team of Guest Service Executives, maintain perfect communication with all departments to ensure that all requested services are provided for both arriving and departing aircraft, render personal service to VVIP passengers/guests in the FBO, ensure that staff follows correct procedures, both in the office and on the ramp and monitor staff overtime and staff duty times to ensure the adequate balance
The successful candidate must be well presented, have excellent communication skills in English ( Additional languages such as Russian, Arabic and French would be advantageous) be a resident of the UAE and have exceptional customer service experience working within a 5 star hotel

Please note the company operate a shift pattern which is as follows
6 days working, 3 days off
Morning shift is 7am to 3.30pm and afternoon shift is 3pm to 11.30pm
