On behalf of our client a leading Dubai based CRM Luxury company we are looking to recruit an Arabic Junior Account Manager. Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for Acting as a Customer Service Manager successfully leading resolution of critical VIP complaints escalated by boutique management and International Team Oversee all aspects of operational management including people, processes and knowledge Design, implementation and driving the improvement of operation processes aimed at enhancing client experience Setting, monitoring and ensuring achievement of department and individual KPIS (service level, communication quality, lead generation and conversion, complaint resolution etc.) be responsible for global reporting and oversee recruitment, training, coaching, performance appraisals and development of Lead Brand Ambassadors and Brand ambassadors. The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be degree educated with 2-3 years customer service or account management experience with the luxury or 5 star hospitality sector.
