Our client, a Dubai-Based digital agency, focused on balancing Quality, User experience and Value in Website development, Mobile Apps Development and Branding is looking to hire a Business Development Manager

Primary responsibilities:
Identifying new sales leads
Pitching products and/or services
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:
Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include:
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products and services
Developing quotes and proposals
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Good business sense
A deep understanding of marketing principles

Requirements
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Proven Business development or other relevant experience
• Ability to work in virtual teams and Matrix environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Team orientation and the ability to work closely with cross-functional partners.
• Flexible "can do" attitude needed to thrive in a fast-growing company.
• Demonstrated the ability to confidently interact with external experts
• Self-motivation, innovator, and drive to ensure success
