The jobholder is responsible to support the marketing team in implementing all trade marketing activities, events and social media activities based on the market activation plan and in line with global guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Trade marketing specific responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the market activation plan for IR MOB and MUB channels. Localize global tools, as required and agreed with central Marketing Delivery.
• Responsible for aligning with all other marketing functions to ensure consistency in execution of marketing activities across all touchpoints. Support key events i.e. dealer’s days, etc. linked to IR channels.
• Plan and execute co-op marketing activities in line with the market activation plan
• Work with local marketing agencies to streamline all marketing requests from partner accounts. This includes approving all created artwork as well as approving any additional requests for coop print or social advertising and events.
• Creation and delivery of all social assets to partners to help promote new collections to drive footfall in stores.
• Responsible for providing feedback and flagging main issues/ improvement areas where applicable to the Marketing Manager.

Digital marketing specific responsibilities:
• Support the management of the local Facebook social media platform and activities in coordination with the social media agency
• Ensure consistency in execution of social media plans.
• Interpret results of social media efficiency and campaign effectiveness. Monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Events specific responsibilities:
• Support the orchestration and the successful delivery of Marketing events, this includes, PR events, CRM events, Dealer Days, etc. according to market activation plan.
• Ensure and track that events deliver to the expectations and budget allocated. This includes contributing on forecasting expenses as well as monitoring execution of plans.
• Develop and communicate event plans including timelines to orchestrate the delivery of product samples, presentations, etc. across different departments. This includes the orchestration of any external agencies.
