Key Responsibilities:

• Render guidance and support to overseas businesses of the company in their local operations and ensure regulatory compliances
• Prepare budgets & MIS, manage local banking relationships, facilitate timely audits for consolidation
• Continues improvement of operating processes and SLAs between HO and Overseas branches to ensure timely recognition of revenue & realization of collections, control over assets, best practices in operations.
• Assist with Chairman's personal investments and oversee the activities of Elcome Real Estate
• Support in HO Finance areas with regards to contract reviews, and for functional finance areas during the absence of Financial Controller/Sr. Manager Finance

Requirements:

• Should be an Arab Speaker with ACA/ACMA/ACCA/ICMA qualified, if holding a management degree will be an added advantage.
• Age above 40, under 45 and should have supervised a team of at least 4-5 staff.
• Min. 5-6 years’ experience in UAE within the last 10 years, ideally recent one year being in UAE to have familiarity with VAT regulation.
• Should have stayed in the past employment for a period of at least 4 years
• The current designation should be Finance Manager, working in a company with at least AED 100 million turnover
• He would have over 12 years post qualification experience, of which min 10 years in the Gulf, and at least 3 years in UAE with the last designation being Manager Finance for a min. 3 years.
• With min 10 years’ experience (latest) should be in Industry and not in an audit firm.
• Familiar with insurance requirements and terms.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office a must, including ERP knowledge.
• A good team player and an out of the box thinker.
• Good communication skill both written & oral.
• Should be able to build rapport with other depts. heads/managers and take them into confidence.
