On behalf of our client a Customer Experience and Relationship Management agency that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit an Arabic speaking Customer Service Contact Centre Executive. The role plays a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional services and acts as the direct liaison between the client and the customer service center. The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, display strong project management skills, have proven experience managing client relationships especially sensitive issues, be degree educated with 3-5 years client customer service experience within the premium/luxury sector

Please note the company operate the following working days/timings

5 days a week on a rotation basis, meaning that the weekend is not fixed as Friday/Saturday

3 shifts: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm, 11:00 am – 8:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm
