The main areas of responsibility:
• Formulates selling costs, sales targets and strategies for all UAE channels.
• Accountable and responsible for monitoring Channel performance against plan, and in coordination with the CEO, initiate recommend corrective measures as required to achieve or surpass Channel Commercial Plan Overall responsibility for delivering the set objective and budget (Volume, Revenue, Profit and market share).
• Provide top-level account management of existing clients by adopting a consultative sales approach and leveraging off the opportunity to up-sell and cross-sell the range of the services.
• Building a strong business relationship to assist in increasing the yield per client through aggressive relationship marketing.
• Responsible for implementation and outcome of marketing promotions activity relevant to the new business market.
• Participate in and support general marketing promotion activities in the department.
• Provide accurate and timely forecasting and reporting including maintaining an up to date win is a database in line with overall planned volume.
• Prepare and submit the yearly business plan to the management.
• Responsible to provide a recommendation on the engineering of the sales structure to optimize operations
• Responsible to identify new channel opportunities and recommend action activities to exploit them
• Responsible to propose and agree with the CEO on the Channel commercial policy and customer service standards and accountable for verifying them.
• Responsible for effective implementation of Channel, Customer and Category sales plans. Prepare and study customers P&L to monitor the OI.
• Analysis of market data on a daily bases, and translating them into achievable and challenging action plans across the different sales Channel.
• Active participation in decision making to set pricing, trade discounts and margins.
• Analysis of sales data to assess brand performance by trade channel and sales territories
