As a Performance Management Associate, you will be the anchor within the engagement
effort for the implementation phase, all the way from data gathering, solution design,
development, deployment and training. You will be pivotal to the delivery and
implementation of the overall solution. Under the guidance of Performance Management
Consultant / Principal Consultant, advise clients using best practices in performance
management that best fit them. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding
consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global

Essential Functions

a) Pre-sales Support and Solutioning
● Assist in defining client’s problem, structuring and prioritizing issues based on
business objectives
● Provide creative adaption of existing product modules to tackle business problems
(include influencing development of product features and modules)
● Provide support to showcase, with the preparation and presentation of a proof-of concept
tool, how the proposed solution best matches the clients’ needs
b) Project Management and Delivery
● Manage projects and progress, including tracking metrics, handling complex analyses,
and preparing communications to report back to client and internal leadership
● Working side by side with the client’s teams on each engagement, helping tackle key
challenges and ensure alignment in overall project delivery
● Identify implementation challenges and develop practical recommendations for each
customer context
c) Data Management and Analysis
● Be responsible for data discovery process and the maintenance of dataset quality
● Perform advance data analysis to showcase actionable insights and the “so-what” to
guide everyday business decisions impacting revenue and productivity
● Provide recommendation and guidance leading to decisions that require judgment
with the consideration of possible impacts

Job Description

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferably in Engineering/Maths/
Statistics/Other Science Streams) with 0-2 years of work experience
• Prior experience working in performance management or analytics based domain would be
an added advantage
• Experience with Microsoft Office application is required
• Experience with data systems, data systems management, data process flow and data
warehousing is preferred
• Highly skilled problem-solving abilities (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
• Strong aptitude to learn
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks/projects is required
• Entrepreneurial and creative with a strong interest in delivering impact to clients
• Superb communications skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to
people at all levels
• High level of integrity, empathy and resourcefulness when it comes to working with clients
and colleagues
• Must be fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic language will be advantageous (but not
