As a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way
from performance management consulting and problem definition to solution design,
development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the
overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in
your domain, you will be the key adviser to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor
business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the
opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the
changing needs of the global landscape.

Essential Functions
a) Problem Solving & Solution Development
● Defining client’s problem, structuring and prioritizing issues based on business
● Data driven analyses of the problem, solution development using data modelling,
industry benchmarking and quantitative techniques
● Present findings and suggestions to influence key stakeholders with ample
justification and practical advice
b) Project Management and Delivery
● Managing projects and progress, including tracking metrics, handling complex
analysis & preparing communications to report back to client and internal leadership
● Working side by side with the client’s teams on each engagement, helping tackle key
challenges and ensure alignment in overall project delivery
● Identifying implementation challenges and developing practical recommendations for
each customer context
c) Client Account Management
● Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clients
● Becoming a trusted client counsellor by understanding specific client needs
d) Supervisory Responsibility
● Responsible for leading implementation teams and indirectly responsible for all
employees within the team

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (MBAs will be preferred)
• At least 7 years of experience; prior experience in Consulting, Program/Project
Management, Performance Management and Analytics would be an added advantage
• Experience in data systems, data systems management, data process flow and data
warehousing is preferred
• Ability to understand and apply advanced analytical solutions in different client context
• Self-starter with a strong academic background and highly skilled problem-solving
abilities (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
• Entrepreneurial and creative with a strong interest in delivering impact to clients
• Superb communications skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to
people at all levels
• High level of integrity, empathy and resourcefulness when it comes to working with clients
and colleagues
• Inspirational leader with the ability to motivate others, to gain the respect of clients and
colleagues, and to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Must be fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic language will be advantageous (but not
