One of our clients; a Middle Eastern based leading chemical company is looking for a Sales & BD Manager – Adhesive & Sealants.

A. Job Purpose: This role is responsible for Managing the P&L and driving sales for the Organization through efficient sales operations, customer service delivery, motivation and retention of sales personnel and adherence to company norms. Achieving Sales Budgets . To improve Market share through Branding and Marketing Expend Export Market sales .

B. Job Description:
B.1 Financial: • To achieve the revenue and profit targets for the sales . • To ensure return on capital employed through efficient sales management and customer service. • Implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed budget.
B.2 Operational: • Drive sales growth for the company's Products , deliver and exceed individual and collective department targets for the company's Products Business. • Handle and forecast all bids relating to the field, including specifying company's range of products. • Propose new products for both trade and manufacturing based on customer demand along with a detailed sales plan with clear KPI's and targets.

B.3 People Management: • To cultivate, promote and maintain company's culture through teamwork, collaboration, development of people and achievement of targets. • To ensure staff presentation is in line with company preferred standards. • To manage and motivate the sales team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.

B.4 Customer: • To ensure setting up conducive environment at the Sales to facilitate purchase decisions and provide customer service.

C. Key Performance Indicators: KPIs will include achievement, lead conversion ratio, New leads, reporting and forecasting accuracy, customer retention, and profitability.
